Communication Structures We’ve constantly struggled with effective communication at Vintage21. In 2008 we are working through the issues and developing the proper systems and structures to efficiently communicate the “goings-on” of the church. We’ll do this in several phases: - Phase 1: A weekly pastoral email containing both vital “need to know” and updateable information. - Phase 2: An internal color-coded system that enables the Staff/Lead Deacons to know how to handle information that is new and also re-occurring. - Phase 3: Evaluation our current communication pieces, to refine, recreate, and/or re-do them to be more effective.
