My fiance and I are looking for an apartment to rent in the downtown raleigh area when we get married in June. Our budget is tight and so we are looking for something more affordable as opposed to being really nice. If you know of anything, let me know!

Hey Amy,

me and Ryan live at Pine Winds Apartment just outside of downtown. Its modestly priced.

I've also been apartment hunting around the area so if I find any steals I will def let you know.

Smallwood Apartments behind Cameron Village are surprisingly affordable and super cute! I think they are run by York Properties.
