The hope here is that we all realize we’re called to leadership. 1 Peter 2:9 says that we are all royal priests. This implies that we are all called to lead in the local church, as a priest is one who does the work of the ministry. It must be noted that the ability to lead people comes in different plate sizes. Some are called to lead many, some are called to lead few. Both are needed in the church. Our leadership structure enables us to move forward with training on a more specific level.

Here’s what we’re hoping for in 2008:

- Elder Classes
- Deacon Classes
- Volunteer Classes
